Sue LaBonville - President
Sue has responsibility for the strategic direction of projects/accounts and the cultivation of skilled researchers and analysts. Over the past 14 years, she has worked closely with clients and affiliates to design and implement innovative business intelligence products and services. Sue’s expertise in corporate crisis management and issues has enabled AIM to offer state-of-the-art public affairs support services. Sue attends technical conferences and university classes to stay at the forefront of CI developments. She leads the organization of highly qualified analysts, and business intelligence and marketing professionals.
Anne Herron - Vice-President
Anne’s responsibilities include new business development, current client/project development and employee development. Past experiences at AIM include two years as Research Director. Much time has been spent attending and assisting in the development of educational/training sessions in the field of intelligence – including public domain collection, elicitation, analysis, databasing and report writing. Prior to her 11 years at AIM, she was an Analytical Chemist in Polymer Sciences for The Dow Chemical Company. She leads a team of highly qualified analysts, librarians and business intelligence professionals, serving senior executives at Fortune 100 companies.
Sandy Warner - Vice-President
Sandy oversees the HR and Finances for AIM. She deals with recruitment, hiring, benefit administration and employee relations. Sandy oversees payroll, invoicing, vendor payment and monitors the big picture financial operations. She joined AIM in 1996 doing business intelligence research related to the chemical industry. She holds a Master's degree in Chemistry and in 2009 became certified as a Professional in Human Resources, having served in the AIM HR function since 2000.
